How a partnership runs

  1. Briefing call. Subject, angle, format, and timeline agreed.
  2. Reporting and drafting. Two to three weeks. Interviews conducted by our editors.
  3. Photography. Where scheduled. Shot on location or in studio.
  4. Fact review. The subject reviews the draft for factual accuracy. Our editors retain final control of headline, structure, and judgment.
  5. Publication. Under the visible label, with distribution across the assets included in your format.

Typical timeline is four to eight weeks from brief to publication, depending on format and photography scope.

The Latino Professionals Council

Separately from commissioned editorial, we convene the Latino Professionals Council, an invitation-only executive membership. Admission is by nomination from an existing member and is not commercially available. Members receive access to Council gatherings, private dinners, and priority participation in Governance Week each November.

Who controls the final story?

Our editors, in consultation with the subject on factual accuracy. Editors retain final control of headline, structure, and judgment on every piece.

How is a commissioned piece labeled?

Every commissioned page carries the label Partner Profile · Commissioned at the top and bottom, in a fixed position.

Do rates change?

Rates hold through the current volume year. Any updates are published in advance.

How long does a piece take?

Four to eight weeks from partnership brief to publication.

Can I commission a piece about myself?

Yes. Executives commission profiles about themselves, their companies, or a specific milestone. Labeling and editorial standards apply consistently.

Are lists and honors part of a commissioned engagement?

No. The Latino Professionals 5 and every other honor are decided independently by our editors against published criteria.

Do you accept payment by wire, ACH, or card?

All three. Invoicing is handled on partnership confirmation. Payment terms are Net 15.

Are enterprise partnerships available?

Yes. For multi-executive programs, recurring column placements, or annual commitments across formats, our partnerships team develops custom scopes.
