Work with us. Latino Professionals is building the record of Latino leadership in American business, and the team that keeps it. Every role below is real, open, and paid on the work.

How we work

Every story we publish is governed by a written brand constitution. Every piece is written in one of five house voices, each with its own structure and evidence standard. Every desk has an owner who protects that voice, edits to it, and trains the contributors who write into it. You will know, on day one, what the standard is and who holds it.

One rule above all: our recognition lists are earned and never for sale. Every person here can say that in one sentence, and no one is ever penalized for raising a good-faith concern that we are drifting from it.

Open roles

Editorial

  • Senior Features Writer. Long-form executive profiles and cover stories across Legal, Healthcare, Entrepreneurs, and Sports. You can carry a piece from interview to publication at the magazine's standard.
  • Markets & Capital Editor. Finance, deals, and the Series franchises: Capital, The Dealmakers, BoardroomX. You translate titles into authority and claims into evidence.
  • Civic Editor. Philanthropy, changemakers, community leadership, and the essays that make a case. Argument-first, evidence-bound.
  • Contributing Writers. Freelance, paid per piece. Conduct the interview, write the draft, take one round of consolidated edits, deliver on deadline. First assignment is a paid trial piece.

Digital & Audience

  • Digital Director & Audience Editor. The website, the newsletter, and audience growth.
  • Social Media Manager. The magazine's social presence and daily publishing rhythm.

Video & Multimedia

  • Video Producer. Cover-story video, event coverage, and executive interviews.
  • Podcast Producer. Launches and runs the LP podcast.

Research & Standards

  • Research Editor & Fact-Checker. Verifies every profile before publication. The evidence standard controls over the publication calendar, and this desk is why.

Events & Experiences

  • Director of Events. Galas, summits, roundtables, and the LP 100 event program.

Partnerships & Advertising

  • Partnerships Director. Sells Partner Profile and Series sponsorship packages to companies that want to stand beside the record.
  • Advertising Manager. Display placements, the media kit, and advertiser relationships.
  • Partnership Agents. Commission-based, flexible. You can walk into a room and represent the standard, starting with the one sentence about what is never for sale.

What we look for

Craft first. Writers who report before they write. Sellers who would rather lose a deal than promise a list placement. Producers who treat a leader's story as a record, not content. If the constitution reads like something you would want to work under, we want to hear from you.

How to apply

Write to info@latinoprofessionals.com with the role in the subject line and one piece of evidence: writers send something you have written, agents send something you have sold, producers send something you have made. We respond to every serious inquiry.
