Our editorial team reviews national and regionally significant events serving executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, board directors, public officials, students, institutions, and community leaders across the United States.
Submission is encouraged but does not guarantee editorial inclusion, event coverage, attendance, interviews, photography, videography, partnership, or publication. All events are selected according to our editorial standards and calendar availability.

Editorial coverage
When an event is selected for coverage, Latino Professionals Magazine may assign members of its editorial staff to report on site. Coverage may include written reporting, executive interviews, photography, videography, social media, newsletter placement, podcast segments, and post-event editorial features.
To support comprehensive coverage, organizers should be prepared to provide 2–4 media credentials or press passes, depending on the scope of the assignment. Credentials are typically issued to a reporter, photographer, videographer, and producer or editorial director.

Editors select events based on national or high-impact regional scope, professional value to the readership, program substance, institutional reach, and evidence of organizer independence.
How can I submit an event?
Write to events@latinoprofessionalsmagazine.com with the event name and organizer, dates, city and venue, intended audience, program themes, expected attendance, and a press contact.
Will Latino Professionals Magazine attend every listed event?
No. Attendance is editorial and is subject to editorial scheduling, program relevance, and reporting capacity.
What happens when an event changes its dates or location?
Organizers should notify events@latinoprofessionalsmagazine.com. The calendar is updated on the magazine's editorial schedule; changes are not always reflected immediately.
Does coverage guarantee a rating or endorsement?
No. Attending, photographing, or publishing on an event is editorial reporting, not an endorsement. Coverage does not imply sponsorship or partnership.
